Terms of Service
These terms govern access to TradeRefinery software, analytics, billing, and connected services.

TradeRefinery provides software for journaling, analytics, simulations, and user-directed workflow automation. When you enable a copier or connected-account automation, the service may transmit or replicate trading instructions to connected accounts according to the settings you control. TradeRefinery does not provide brokerage or custodial services and does not exercise discretionary authority over your accounts.
2. No Investment Advice
All reports, scores, AI outputs, and optimization suggestions are educational and analytical in nature. They are not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for trading decisions, risk sizing, and account outcomes.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, API keys, and dashboard tokens. You must promptly rotate compromised tokens, keep software updated, and ensure only authorized users have access to your dashboards and imported data. You are also responsible for reviewing automation settings and monitoring connected accounts before and while any copier route is enabled.
4. Data Inputs and Integrity
You may upload data through the MT5 EA, file import, API, and manual journal entry. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted data, screenshots, notes, and strategy content. We may apply validation, de-duplication, and normalization to maintain system integrity.
5. AI Features and Provider Keys
Where configured, AI functions can run using your connected provider accounts. Model outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed before use. You are responsible for provider usage policies, token spend, and model selection decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to violate laws, abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer proprietary components, bypass billing or quotas, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or restrict access to preserve service quality and security.
7. Billing, Plans, and Limits
Plan limits may include dashboards, users, retention, and feature access. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled through the billing portal before the next renewal. The card-on-file Pro Trial costs $1 for 7 days and then renews at $59 per month unless cancelled before the trial ends. The separate no-card trial does not enroll you in automatic billing. Stripe shows the effective date and any prorated amount before you confirm a plan change or cancellation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved.
8. Availability and Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, APIs, and integrations may evolve over time. We may deploy fixes and updates without prior notice when needed for reliability, compliance, or security.
9. Intellectual Property
The software, interface design, analytics engine, and service branding remain the property of TradeRefinery and its licensors. You retain rights to your own uploaded notes, strategy text, and trade records, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service.
10. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRefinery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, opportunity loss, or lost profits. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud risk, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirement. Certain obligations, including liability and IP terms, survive termination.
