METAtronics LLC
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TradeRefinery processes, why it is used, and the controls available to account holders.
Last updated July 29, 20261. Information We Collect
We collect account profile data, authentication data, billing consent evidence, subscription and invoice metadata, and service usage telemetry. For trading workflows, we process journal records, trade events, account snapshots, strategy notes, diary notes, automation settings, and optional chart screenshots uploaded through integrations.
2. How We Use Information
We use data to operate and secure the platform, generate analytics, render reports, support optimization workflows, prevent abuse, and provide customer support. We also use operational logs for reliability monitoring, incident response, and auditability.
3. AI Processing
When AI features are enabled, selected data can be sent to the configured model provider to generate analysis responses. Provider processing is governed by the provider you select and the keys you configure. You can disable AI features at any time in settings.
4. Sharing and Processors
We do not offer personal data to data brokers. We disclose limited data to service providers used for cloud hosting, storage, monitoring, email delivery, support, and optional AI features. Stripe processes payment details; TradeRefinery records billing status and reconciliation metadata but does not store full card numbers or card security codes. When analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, limited event data may also be sent to configured measurement providers under their own terms.
5. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for security, dispute handling, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of specific records or dashboards, subject to backup windows and mandatory retention obligations.
6. Security Controls
We use technical and organizational controls designed to protect your data, including access controls, transport encryption, token-based authorization, and production monitoring. No system is risk-free, and you are responsible for credential hygiene on your side.
7. Your Choices
You can update account details, rotate tokens, manage dashboard-level access, and configure AI provider usage from settings. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of account data through support channels, subject to applicable law.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential browser storage to keep sessions, theme selection, and active dashboard context functional. The service may also load configured analytics or advertising tags, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel, to measure page views, signups, and billing conversions. Those providers may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive interaction or conversion details. Browser controls can limit this storage, although doing so may affect measurement or some site behavior.
9. International Access
TradeRefinery may process data in regions where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. By using the service, you acknowledge cross-border processing that is reasonably necessary to provide the platform.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as the service and legal requirements evolve. Material updates will be published in-product with a revised effective date.
Questions or requests about this policy can be submitted through the TradeRefinery support portal.
